- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in manufacturing and cost accounting
- Proven experience in inventory accounting, standard costing, landed costs, tariffs, and inventory reserves
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and modeling)
- Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing or distribution operations (industry-specific beauty experience not required)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and provide data-driven insights
- Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Experience documenting and improving business processes, workflows, and controls
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
