- 2-3 years of graphic design experience with a strong creative portfolio
- Digital design expertise, especially for social media and emails
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field – Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and associated design tools
- Experience working within brand guidelines and collaborating across teams
- Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure
- Adept at editing photos, typography, and compositing; bonus points for video editing
- Up to date on the latest social media platforms and creative trends
- Strong communicator able to receive feedback and evolve designs
- Experience in CPG, beauty, cosmetics, or agency settings preferred
- Must submit a portfolio for consideration
