Job Summary

Lilly Lashes looking for a creative, motivated, and diligent Graphic Designer to assist Lilly Lashes as its creative team expands to meet growing demands. The ideal candidate will have the ability to contribute to both an individual and team environment. The Graphic Designer would be involved with design tasks from conception to completion engaging in design solutions and processing feedback to improve designs. The full time Graphic Designer reports directly to the Creative Director.

Role Responsibilities
  • Work within brand standards to design social media content, video ads, emails, and more
  • Utilize design tools within Adobe CC, i.e., Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro • Follow brand guidelines and art direction • Prepare files for upload and print
  • Collaborate with cross functional team members to ensure optimization of content
  • Excellent design skills and the ability to create high quality work in a timely manner
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Able to track workload and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining thorough attention to detail and high standards
  • Openness to working with others and contributing to a positive working atmosphere
  • Open to receiving feedback and following art direction
  • Experience working with CPG, Luxury Beauty, Cosmetics desired
  • Ability to edit video for ads, blogs, and website a bonus
Experience/Abilities
  • Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC: exceling in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
  • Desired Skills: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Express (Spark), After Effects and Adobe XD
  • Strong Portfolio *please attach portfolio with application • 3+ years design experience

Travel and Hours
  • This is a full-time salaried position based in Frisco, Texas
  • Hybrid position requires time in office a minimum of 3 days each week
  • Travel up to 25% of the time
