Job Summary

Driving partnership strategies and managing long term omni-channel influencer and PR campaigns, while promoting, educating, and nurturing the overarching brand vision for the company; Supporting continued scale of new partnerships and developing and nurturing long term relationships with our influencer community through sourcing, evaluating, pitching, and negotiating strong partnerships with social influencers and influencer agencies; Working collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure the smoothest possible integration of overall messaging from the company, its strategies, and ensuring consistent communications throughout all social media platforms, all geared towards gaining consumer confidence in our products; Maintaining a regular reporting schedule on outreach funnel and budget spending versus aggressive growth and return-on-investment targeted campaigns; Researching the latest trends while building the company brand to remain at the cutting edge of social media influencer campaigning, as well as developing and driving a performance and commission based, bonus-driven platform in order to innovate and enhance company influencer marketing approaches; Create and foster relationships with partners outside of influencers (brands) to support social activations; Coordinate social media activations and campaigns with social media team; Participate in monthly financial reviews to ensure budget and spending has been allocated correctly; Working collaboratively with our PR agency managing all media monitoring, including weekly leadership reporting, project based reporting, and live media alerts in key moments, as well as managing media pitch development, narrative development, media target review, analysis, and media outreach; Driving efficient performance of digital branding and relying closely on analytic data derived from digital media that is tracked daily, weekly, and monthly versus aggressive growth and return-on investment targets; Facilitate and plan any offline events for new product launches as well as PR advances. To perform the above-mentioned tasks, the following skill and experience are required: Experience with unconventional approaches to PR and marketing; Demonstrated ability to build strong relations internally across functional areas and externally with vendors, suppliers, and other constituents; Experience reporting to C-Suite and board members; Dedicated experience in direct influencer communication across all social platforms; Dedicated DTS e-commerce brand experience; Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns; Experience with Sharepoint, Tribe, Tribe, Creator IQ, GRIN, Current, Shopify, ShareAsale, Skim Links and LTK (like to know it); Experience with cross-functional communication and team leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications or a closely related field, and at least two (2) years of experience as a Marketing/Sales Manager or related occupation.
