- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel, comfortable working with large datasets
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Exposure to eCommerce or high-volume transaction environments is a plus
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively
- Proven track record of accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
