Job Description

Lash Op Co, LLC dba Performance Beauty Group (PBG) is a Private Equity owned holding company that invests in cosmetic brands with a focus on eye and color cosmetics. PBG invests in these brands to facilitate their growth in the Direct to Consumer (DTC), Retail and Distributor channels both in the domestic and international markets. As part of that strategy PBG is building out the marketing, operational and supply chain functions of the organization to facilitate fast growth and operational excellence.

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Director will be responsible for all facets of the company DTC channels and site experience. This individual will lead strategy, optimization, and execution of revenue growth strategies for all global sites and e-commerce destinations while ensuring a cohesive, branded experience world-wide. A highly entrepreneurial environment requires the ability to manage both big picture thinking and detailed tactical implementation of all plans.

Role Responsibilities
  • Own digital business channel, exceed business sales and margin targets by implementing strategies and initiatives that will drive traffic, conversions, revenue, AOV, and LTV across global platforms
  • Lead online merchandising efforts and back end infrastructure to ensure support of best-in-class features in the areas of UX, UI, site navigation, internal search, product set-up and activation • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and executive teams to create and execute strong event, launch and promotional planning calendars that align with overarching company objectives.
  • Manage site content to ensure promotions, launches and core offerings are optimized plus checked for consistency and accuracy that lead to the highest quality user experience across desktop and mobile
  • Advance all digital marketing efforts through paid search, social, programmatic, display, CTV, affiliates, and other relevant channels that drive qualified traffic and enhance conversion metrics.
  • Drive relationship with digital agency to drive optimization, efficiency and maximize all spend, accelerating consumer acquisition and retention programs.
  • Develop and own strategic weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to communicate performance, insights and areas of opportunity with detailed action plans to optimize strategies across the globe
  • Manage launch and ongoing performance of additional regional .com platforms
  • Guide Amazon strategy, providing insight on site merchandising, digital media, marketing and consumer experience
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities through expansion into new channels, partnerships, platform upgrades, new features, new technologies and more

Travel and Hours
  • This is a full-time salaried position based in Frisco, Texas
  • Hybrid position requires time in office a minimum of 3 days each week
  • Travel up to 25% of the time
